We are now looking for a Senior Consultant in Crisis Preparedness and Civil Defence to join our Expert Services team in Stockholm. In this role, you will support companies, authorities and other organizations in strengthening their preparedness and resilience. You will plan and deliver assignments such as developing civil defence capabilities, designing and conducting exercises, and producing crisis and continuity plans. The role includes full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring quality, budget adherence and timely execution. As a senior consultant, you will lead projects, guide junior colleagues and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will also contribute to developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Our work spans crisis management, civil defence, continuity management, crisis communication and capability development. We are seeking a structured, driven and solution-oriented professional with at least six years of experience in crisis preparedness or civil defence. You hold a relevant academic degree and have experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential. The position is full-time and based in Stockholm. Swedish citizenship or a valid work permit is required, as well as an approved security clearance in accordance with applicable legislation.

Om rollen Du varvar konsultrollen med att bidra till att utveckla våra erbjudanden och får stöd av jurister, seniora säkerhetsskyddskonsulter och cybersäkerhetsexperter. Du får arbeta med myndigheter och privata aktörer inom bland annat energi, finans och andra säkerhetskänsliga sektorer – det alla har gemensamt är sin säkerhetskänsliga verksamhet, alltid med fokus på att skapa robusta och hållbara säkerhetsskyddslösningar. I rollen som konsult inom säkerhetsskydd kommer du att ingå i vårt säkerhetsskyddsteam bestående av 15 konsulter som arbetar tillsammans i komplexa och utvecklande uppdrag. Du kommer få varva konsultrollen med att bidra till att utveckla våra tjänster. Vi jobbar ofta tillsammans i team och du kommer att ha god hjälp av dina kollegor som har just den kompetens som krävs för att lösa komplexa uppdrag inom säkerhetsskydd. Genom teamleveranser får du också möjlighet att utvecklas genom att lära av andra. Vem är du? Du har minst fem års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom säkerhetsskydd, och vill precis som vi skapa en säker digital värld där människor och organisationer känner sig trygga. Du är prestigelös, varm, närvarande och trivs i en konsulterande roll där du kombinerar expertis med lagarbete. Det är meriterande om har arbetat med ett eller flera av följande områden: IT‑ och informationssäkerhet, personalsäkerhet, fysisk säkerhet, säkerhetsskyddad upphandling, framtagande av föreskrifter och styrdokument, säkerhetsskyddsanalyser, tillsyn eller rådgivning inom säkerhetsskydd. The role is part of Expert Services, working across crisis management, civil defence, security protection, continuity management, crisis communication and capability development. As a Senior Consultant, you will plan and deliver assignments for companies, authorities and organizations, while leading and supporting junior colleagues. You will be responsible for project quality, budget and timelines, and contribute to developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes conducting security protection analyses, developing security protection plans, carrying out personnel security interviews, managing security protection agreements and implementing protective measures. You will lead projects in complex environments and demonstrate strong pedagogical and advisory skills, both in workshops and presentations. We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic degree and at least 3–5 years of experience in security protection or a related field. You are structured, solution-oriented and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on high-quality delivery. Excellent Swedish and English skills are required. The position is full-time, based in Stockholm, and requires Swedish citizenship or a valid work permit, as well as an approved security clearance in accordance with the Swedish Security Protection Act.
