Our consultants are located across Sweden and in London, with the majority based in Stockholm where we have our office. There are good opportunities to work remotely, but presence at the office will also be necessary. The role includes, among other things: Leading and supporting our consultants Ensuring monthly invoicing Maintaining a clear overview of utilization and forecasts Creating a positive work environment aligned with our strategic goals Being part of the management team and contributing to the strategic development of the company. You will report directly to the CEO As we are a smaller team, you will also lead certain client assignments and participate in project deliveries To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience leading larger teams and creating strong conditions for consultants working on assignments Are present and able to build strong relationships Have strong business acumen and understand the importance of achieving financial targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction Are structured and able to create good working conditions for yourself in an environment that can at times be very fast-paced Have solid competence within crisis management and a strong interest in developing and contributing within the field Have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

      Job Responsibilities As part of the development team, you will assist in the design and development of our systems and applications, focusing on creating robust and secure solutions. Most of the development work is done offline at our office in Uppsala. We are looking for someone who has: - substantial experience in programming in a Linux environment - Swedish citizenship - good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is considered meritorious if you have: - worked with development in the languages Go, C, and bash - experience with Git, Xen, and system-level programming - comprehensive knowledge of encryption - a strong technical interest in computers and hardware

That’s why Neonic is looking for experienced and solution-oriented Information Security Specialists who want to help secure their clients. Neonic is making significant investments in developing its capability to meet clients’ needs within cyber, information, IT, and OT security. ABOUT THE ROLE As an information security consultant, you help Neonics customers establish or further develop governance, risk management and compliance. You may be responsible for running projects in specific areas, such as establishing certifications or developing risk management. Depending on your profile, assignments may also involve temporarily leading the customers security function, supporting the existing CISO or leading the work to develop a new information security strategy. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO • Has a few years of experience developing and implementing information security strategies in practice • Holds a relevant post-secondary degree in the field, or equivalent professional experience • Is fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, as both languages are used in the role ADDITIONAL MERITS • Experience with standards and frameworks beyond ISO 27001 and NIST CSF • Experience implementing NIS2/CSL, GDPR, CRA, or other regulatory requirements • Previous roles within manufacturing and/or critical infrastructure • Technical expertise in networking, IAM, AWS/Azure/GCP, or similar areas As a person, you are analytical and enjoy translating business needs into information security requirements and controls. Neonic seeks experienced OT Security Specialists to strengthen clients’ production environments. ABOUT THE ROLE As an OT Security Consultant, you help our clients secure the systems that control the physical world. Many organizations still do not fully understand the differences between securing IT and OT. As a result, security in production sites, retail stores, warehouses, and other cyber-physical environments is often insufficient. In your role, you support clients in understanding their needs, identifying the right solutions and pragmatically increasing their security maturity. Your assignments may include leading threat and risk assessments, managing or developing network segmentation projects, supporting existing security teams in developing standards and guidelines for operational environments, or implementing OT security solutions. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO • Has several years of hands-on experience developing and implementing OT security • Holds a relevant post-secondary degree in the field, or equivalent professional experience • Is used to working close to operations, analyzing current states and understanding how risks should be addressed • Has worked in or close to production environments, or led OT security transformation initiatives • Has a solid understanding of IEC 62443 and other relevant frameworks • Is fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken, as both are used in the role ADDITIONAL MERITS • Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF • Experience with NIS2/CSL, GDPR, CRA, or other regulations • Roles in manufacturing and/or critical infrastructure • Technical skills in networking, PLC, HMI, MES, or other operational tech We place great emphasis on emotional intelligence and are looking for individuals who are social and outgoing.
