In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of software-enabled defence projects across the UK and Europe, enhancing military readiness, training, and operational capability. You’ll manage projects from initiation to customer acceptance and transition into support, ensuring structured planning, governance, risk management, and effective execution in complex, mission-critical environments. You will act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
You are delivery-focused with experience in defence or security environments, able to lead complex programmes, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and maintain control of scope, timelines and quality. The role requires eligibility for UK security clearance and willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
