We are now expanding and seeking a mid- to senior-level consultant with specialist expertise in security protection. The role is part of Expert Services, working across crisis management, civil defence, security protection, continuity management, crisis communication and capability development. As a Senior Consultant, you will plan and deliver assignments for companies, authorities and organizations, while leading and supporting junior colleagues. You will be responsible for project quality, budget and timelines, and contribute to developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
The role includes conducting security protection analyses, developing security protection plans, carrying out personnel security interviews, managing security protection agreements and implementing protective measures. You will lead projects in complex environments and demonstrate strong pedagogical and advisory skills, both in workshops and presentations.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic degree and at least 3–5 years of experience in security protection or a related field. You are structured, solution-oriented and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on high-quality delivery. Excellent Swedish and English skills are required.
The position is full-time, based in Stockholm, and requires Swedish citizenship or a valid work permit, as well as an approved security clearance in accordance with the Swedish Security Protection Act.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales. You are delivery-focused with experience in defence or security environments, able to lead complex programmes, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and maintain control of scope, timelines and quality. The role requires eligibility for UK security clearance and willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.

4C Strategies is seeking a Project Manager within Defence (Nordics, FST Gen) based in Stockholm. The role involves full responsibility for delivering a strategic Nordic defence program, including planning, governance, coordination, budget follow-up, and client dialogue in a complex, long-term environment. You will ensure structured project execution, clear priorities, and effective coordination between internal consulting and technical teams. You are responsible for project plans, financial control, risk management, and reporting, and act as the main client contact. The role also includes developing ways of working and strengthening project governance. We are looking for someone with experience leading complex projects within defence, security, or other regulated environments. You are structured, communicative, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. The position requires security clearance.

The role also includes developing client relationships and contributing to business development. We are looking for a candidate with at least six years of experience in crisis preparedness or civil defence, a relevant academic degree, and project management experience. You are structured, solution-oriented and comfortable working in complex environments. Excellent Swedish and English skills are required. The position is based in Stockholm and requires security clearance.
