SimSuFoodS is a food company that produces dry vegetable products that are mainly used in the public sector. SimSuFood's focus is to simplify the value chain from Swedish agricultural raw materials to finished dishes in order to help its customers reduce both the cost and climate impact. The company's products have a long shelf life and are also very space-efficient, which means that many customers see them as a natural part of their contingency plans. Within the brand SimSu Emergency Food, the company offers emergency food products with a 10-year shelf life at a cost of less than 10 sek/portion. The company has its headquarters, production facility and application lab in Kimstad outside Norrköping.

OatPrep
Mix with water, oil and boil for ready meals. OatPrep has a 10-year shelf life and can be stored and handled in humid environments. You get a complete meal by simply adding water and vegetable oil, boiling and simmering for 15 minutes to a risotto-like stew. Can be easily cooked without access to electricity, but can also be used in a commercial kitchen, for example like a fried rice or OatPrep raw with your own favorite vegetables and seasonings. This makes the product work equally well for both emergency and regular operations and fits very well into a turnover warehouse. Each 5 kg package provides up to 70 servings.

PastaPrep
Mix with water, oil and boil for a ready meal. PastaPrep has a 10-year shelf life and can be stored and handled in humid environments. You get a complete meal by simply adding water and vegetable oil, boiling and simmering for about 25 minutes to a pot. PastaPrep can be easily cooked without access to electricity, but can also be used in commercial kitchens for casseroles, boxes and gratins. This means that the product works equally well for both emergency and regular operations and fits very well into a turnover warehouse. Each 5 kg package provides up to 70 portions and is therefore ideal for the turnover warehouse.

SimSu Protein
SimSu Emergency Food provides cost-effective emergency food solutions with products that have a shelf life of 10 years, can be stored in humid environments and can be cooked into very tasty dishes. With the product Protein, you can prepare vegetable dishes for emergency service, or in the commercial kitchen with a high protein content such as kebabs, steaks, gratins and stews by simply adding water, oil and spices. The product is very space-efficient, with each pallet containing approximately 5,000 daily protein requirements. The product is from Sweden and without additives, and the low climate footprint means that the majority of recipes are below 100 grams of CO2e/portion.
