About us
We love food and think that meals are the highlights of the day.
Outmeals has been around since 2014 and specializes in different types of food for crisis preparedness, slightly more extreme meals it could be summed up as. We conceptualize, pack and distribute combat portions for military units, police and rescue services, commercial kitchen solutions for field kitchens, meals with an extremely long shelf life and more.
As the world situation has worsened, we at Outmeals have also developed our business and in addition to our products for military units and uniformed authorities, we now also supply civilian customers such as municipalities, authorities and public companies with various types of solutions for food preparedness.
In our daily work, we aim to be flexible with our solutions for our customers, to be as fast as possible in everything from deliveries to responses to requests, to be at the forefront when it comes to innovation in everything from packaging to the meal experience. In addition to this, we try to take as much social responsibility as possible by, for example, hiring and employing people with functional variations, donating money to veteran support both nationally and internationally, and sponsoring local sports teams and charities. Freeze-dried meals long shelf life
Our absolute bestseller for both civilian and military crisis preparedness when it comes to long-term storage. The meals in the system are packaged in cans of 18–25 portions, depending on which dish you choose. The packages contain complete meals, that is, all the ingredients are in the cans and only require you to add water to prepare a complete meal. The dishes can be prepared with cold or hot water. With hot water, a main course is prepared in about 12 minutes, with cold about 45 minutes. Some of the breakfast dishes even taste best with cold water. Perhaps the biggest advantage of the system is the shelf life of 25 years, which means that you have time to plan how you will sell your stock. The extremely long shelf life is achieved through good oxygen-tight packaging and dry product, no other preservatives are added. The concept is procured, ready and ready to call off through a framework agreement with Adda. Most of the municipalities in Sweden and a number of government agencies and public companies are entitled to tender for the agreement.
Water 20 year shelf life

Emergency ration
When the crisis or accident is a fact, energy is needed to maintain physical capacity over time. The last thing you and your crew want to do in such a situation is to assign staff to pick up or acquire food. In some places, this might not even be possible, and if food does arrive, it is often not food safe, nutritious or particularly suitable for hard working staff with high demands on what they eat and actually need. With background in the Armed Forces as Army officers, and serving numerous fighting forces with field rations, we know food and the importance of nutrition in the success of the execution of a task. During shorter as well as longer operations, at a forest fire or a more stationary mission such as surveillance. Military rations offered today are adapted to soldiers expected to operate for several days without added resources. Those rations are often too large or extensive for first responders and other personnel operating in field environment during a shorter but more intensive period of time. With our 1100 kcal (equivalent to a lunch or dinner) emergency rations, you have the possibility to solve tasks during flexible periods of time, depending on how you choose to distribute the rations and what other added resources you might have. The rations are well-balanced, tasty, nutritious, and helping your staff to stay hydrated. All components are NATO approved and in use today by NATO and allied forces, law enforcement and fire fighters, at exercises and in conflict zones. Each ration includes one main meal, snacks, energy bar, isotonic drink, spoon, wipe, coffee and a flameless ration heater (FRH) for quick and easy heating of the main meal, on spot where you operate.
