SafePower - Reliable, Local and Scalable Energy
SafePower is a complete energy solution that provides your business with secure, reliable and locally produced heat and power, exactly when and where it is needed. The system is designed to ensure stable energy supply even during energy crises or when the grid is disrupted or unavailable.
SafePower is based on renewable biofuel in the form of wood chips (in the smallest application wood pellets), enabling energy to be produced locally, close to where it is used. By combining efficient combined heat and power generation with integrated energy storage, the system can deliver high power output when demand is high, while storing excess energy for later use. The result is high operational reliability and optimal energy efficiency.
The system is modular and fully scalable, allowing SafePower to be tailored precisely to the needs of each customer. Solutions range from small units producing around 2.4 kW of electricity to larger installations in the megawatt range, making the system suitable for everything from private homes and farms to commercial buildings, industries and critical infrastructure.

SafePower Broschyr
Safe Power 500/1000
With Safe Power 500/1000 from Austrian manufacturer SynCraft, it's possible for the larger company to secure its reliable and renewable power. The local district heating company can produce power to supply the whole comunity, drastically reducing the risk of power outages due to damage or sabotage to regional power lines. The units run on local wood chips, securing power production without imported fuel, and comes in the seizes 500 and 1000 kW electric power production. There is also a version producing fuel gas for industrial high temperature processes etc. Several units can be combined to suit your specific need for heat and power. Safe Power 20/60
Our mid sized Safe Power units supplies your business with reliable and renewable power and heat. the units is suitable for residential buildings, schools, elderly homes and farms etc. The units are fully automated and requires a bare minimum of handling and maintenance from the end user. Installation and service are carried out by us at AKEMA AB. The units are available in two sizes, 20 and 60 kW electric power production (45/120 kW heat production) and run on locally produced wood chips, securing production independent of imported fuel. The 20 kW produce producerar ca 100 000 kWh electric power, 225 000 kWh heat och 11 ton biochar per normal heating season (5 000 hours). This will supply approximately the following: - Household power for app. 40 homes - Heat and hot water for 15 one family houses - 155 trips around the globe in one of Swedens most common company cars. - Heat, household power and EV-charging for 15 normal homes with two electric cars. - CO2 capture corresponding to combustion of 12-15 m3 Diesel. - Soil enhancement for 3-4 hectares (7-10 acre) of arable land The 60 kW produce producerar ca 300 000 kWh electric power, 600 000 kWh heat och 33 ton biochar per normal heating season (5 000 hours). This will supply approximately the following: - Household power for app. 120 homes - Heat and hot water for 45 one family houses - 500 trips around the globe in one of Swedens most common company cars. - Heat, household power and EV-charging for 45 normal homes with two electric cars. - CO2 capture corresponding to combustion of 35-40 m3 Diesel. - Soil enhancement for 8 hectares (20 acre) of arable land Several units can be combined, and also combined with normal hot water boilers.
Electric Power from wood pellets for the one family house
With Safe Powers smallest unit, a Power Cube fromFloyd Bio Energy you get a Plug & Play solution for sustainable heat and power from wood pellets to a one family house och small company. Power Cube produces 2,2 kW of electric power, corresponding too approximately 11 000 kWh per heating season. The unit is fully automated and has very low maintenance requirements. Power Cube comes in a firesafe container, complete with fuel storage for a full heating season (5000 hours), accumulator tanks for hot water energy storage, boiler with power generation and a home battery 70+ kWh. Power cube is a perfect combination with photovoltaics. Power Cube can be customized with wall panels and roofing to fit in your building environment. Fill up the Power Cube in Sommer when pellets are low prized, and rest assured that you have heat and power for the coming winter.
