…drive our growth in public services with your ambitious spirit, leadership capabilities and strong Sales & Marketing background
…develop and expand the local sales team in the Nordic region, lead the Nordics marketing organization and steer regional marketing activities in close cooperation with corporate marketing
…define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure F24’s growth in the region and support the product road map strategy from a sales perspective
…manage the implementation of our powerful sales processes and relevant KPI’s
…actively acquire and develop new clients and manage existing key accounts by analyzing customer information and business trends as well as identifying and expanding business opportunities
…report directly to the VP Commercial and cooperate closely with other regional sales organizations to improve overall customer satisfaction

…have at least 5 years experience leading sales organizations in an international environment and over 10 years professional experience with B2B Software products in the Nordic markets
…professional experience in running a small marketing team in B2B marketing
…have a strong knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency Notification Services (ENS) or security would be a plus
…have a working understanding of forecasting and cost control
…understand it as your daily job to inspire and coach your team for further market growth by sharing best practices
…are prepared to lead by example and carry a personal sales quota alongside your management responsibilities
…have a can-do mindset combined with a strong drive for success to achieve ambitious goals
…speak Norwegian as native language and business fluent English
